Paris in the Fall

In late October, Mike and Sheryl came to visit in London. They spent a week at conferences with Sheryl's work and then spent a week with us at our apartment. We had a great time at the local haunts around London - including Mem & Laz and Exmouth markets - and enjoyed being able to show them our London lives. For Mike's first ever trip to mainland Europe, we caught the Eurostar from Kings Cross over to Paris for a weekend and holed up in a great little hotel in St Germaine. Grant prepared a fantastic itinerary and booked us into authentic French restuarants for lunch and dinner so we had fun experiencing the local cuisine (LOTS of the local cuisine), drank plenty of wine and rolled ourselves around the sites of central Paris. A great weekend and such great fun having them both to stay.
