Hanging about in Whistler Village

We are hanging about in Whistler Village today as weather on the hill has closed in and visibility is not too good. We have been hitting the various Whistler stores in search of bargains as it is the end of the season and heaps of stuff is on sale. Not buying much though given our lack of incoming pay cheques and Grant's recent (large!) purchase of a new snowboard and accessories. Whistler village is a fantastic place - we love it. It has been snowing off and on for a few days now and there is plenty of powder around and about. We have both had to learn to snowboard in powder - and through the trees off trail which is really hard and extremely frustrating (and only fun in hindsight). We miss you all! xx
